Blending stations
H&S blending, dosing and formulation plants enable fully automatic blending of components according to their own recipes. Our systems formulate polyol blends in continuous and discontinuous processes with high reliability. Different additives, catalysts, blowing agents and solids can easily be processed in this way. Accurate load cells of the blending tanks for discontinuous operation and the mass flow meters of the continuously operating blending stations ensure production of high-quality polyol blends – for large as well as small batches.
Thanks to their modular design, H&S blending, dosing and formulation plants are used in individual solutions as well as within the scope of complete solutions. Monitoring and control
All process parameters can be fully controlled via an electronic PLC control and a specifically developed process management system. The accurate control of pressure, temperature and agitator settings and the precise measurement and regulation of the flow rate guarantee high dosing accuracy and excellent blend intensity. The detailed recording of all process parameters enables the production of high-quality polyol blends in reproducible quality. In addition, the entire process can be visualized via a system flow chart for displaying all parameters and valve settings.

Due to new in-house formulation options of high-quality polyol blends, our customers gain more independence from fluctuating raw material markets. This enables them to respond to the different requirements of their customers significantly faster and more flexibly, and to boost their production performance. The in-house formulation of polyol blends also allows savings in raw material procurement by up to 20%. This means a concrete economic advantage for our customers.
