Storage tanks
H&S Anlagentechnik provide storage tanks for polyols and isocyanites that are ready to use. We support our customers from planning to commissioning the new system, and continue to ensure regular maintenance of the systems and careful instruction of employees afterwards as well.
Thanks to their modular design, our storage tanks can be individually adapted to the specific conditions and requirements of our customers. Variable sizes and designs guarantee easy integration of the storage tanks into existing systems and individual adaptation to the spacial conditions on site.
Cost efficiency
The challenges of a global competition for companies are rising. Our storage tank systems help our customers to successfully meet these challenges. For example, our storage tanks enable the purchase of large quantities of raw materials under favorable conditions, while reducing expensive material losses due to unused residues at the same time. In addition, empty drums and containers must no longer be disposed of in a costly manner. Our customers can thus save costs efficiently and are additionally gaining more independence from fluctuating raw material markets. As interruptions in the work process due to the reloading or replacing of drums are avoided, the production efficiency is also increased.Storage stability
The quality of the raw materials to be processed is particularly important for the production of polyurethane products. H&S storage tank systems provide options of stable storage of PU components in closed systems. The stored raw materials are effectively protected against outside influences such as temperature fluctuations and humidity and continuously monitored with regard to central factors like temperature and pressure. Integrated trace heating, insulation or heat exchanger systems guarantee compliance of the required storage conditions at all times.Safety
Handling raw materials in a clean and safe manner is not only of great importance for a company's employees, but also for the external image of a company. H&S develop sophisticated safety concepts for their systems, and realize these in accordance with the legal provisions. We take care of any water permits required pursuant to Section 19 of the German Water Reources Act (WHG) in our capacity as officially authorized specialist company. Our engineers are fire and explosion protection experts, having undergone training at the German Technical Inspection Agency (TÜV). In addition, the H&S manufacturing plant is in possession of the higher level certificate of suitability in accordance with the German standard DIN 18800 and is approved pursuant to the German standard DIN 8563. Furthermore, a monitoring contract is in place with TÜV. On an international level, we are adapting our safety precautions to the standards specified by the customers (e.g. ASME).Electronic control systems
Our customers retain full control over the stored raw materials at all times by using our electronic control units. All processes are automatically recorded and forwarded to higher management systems as required. Processes can also be visualized and evaluated over longer periods.Delivery and assembly
The delivery and assembly of H&S storage tank systems takes place in the form of prefabricated modules. This ensures simple and quick installation of systems on site, whether this is above or underground, stand-alone or as integrated part of a complete solution. All storage tank modules are installed in a certified collecting tray, which corresponds to the most stringent safety standards.Additional storage tanks:
Storage tanks for polyol/isocyanate
Storage tank systems for polyol and isocyanate with modern design and a high level of technical performance are the perfect alternative
Storage tanks for resins
Storing of such resins as vinyl ester resin, pure and dissolved epoxy resin, paraffin emulsions and hardening agents requires special conditions
Storage tanks for pentane
The storage of such blowing agents as pentane and other flammable and hazardous explosive liquids represents a particular challenge
