- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of domestic and international shipments (road, sea, and air freight) of our plant components
- Preparation of the necessary export and customs documents/shipping documents (e.g., invoice, packing slip, certificates of origin, export accompanying document)
- Support for technical project management in day-to-day operations
- Obtaining and Evaluating Transportation Quotes
- Reviewing Supplier Lists for Schedule Monitoring
- Shipping Orders
- Reviewing Order Confirmations from Suppliers
- Coordination of Delivery Dates and Incoming Goods
- Coordinating delivery dates with suppliers, and organizing packaging and transportation
- Participation in project meetings, regular meetings
