- Strong technical understanding in the field of plant engineering and/or plant and process engineering
- Several years of professional experience in installation management or construction management in the field of piping and plant construction
- Ideally, experience in polyurethane processing (working with polyols, isocyanates/MDI/TDI, blowing agents)
- Language skills: English for international assignments; tutoring can be arranged upon request

- Management, execution, and supervision of installation projects in Germany and abroad
- Preparation, Setup, Organization, and Cleanup of the Construction Site
- Construction Site Coordination
- Monitoring construction progress and ensuring adherence to the schedule
- Managing installation teams and subcontractors
- Material Management and Monitoring of On-Site Material Availability
- Coordination with and reporting to the project manager
- On-site representation of the project manager
- Ensuring compliance with safety, building, health, and environmental regulations
- Participation in project meetings, regular meetings
